The POWR 300 Series is formulated without isocyanates, as a result, this new formulation produces a by-product of H2O in the curing process, accelerating the curing process and providing faster safe drive times. In addition to these features, the POWR 300 Series Urethanes have new wide mouth cartridges that provide a 60% larger nozzle opening than standard cartridges, enabling an increase flow of the material with less force. Re-engineered nozzles supplied with the POWR 300 Series Urethanes are designed for easy trimming to accommodate back filling operations or trimmed further produce a full round bead. The V-Notch indentation can be used for trimming the nozzle for the proper urethane bead dispensing height.
